    i do 22 lb turkeys in 3 hours when its cold out. And don’t worry about a galvanized trash can cause zinc doesn’t release anything harmful until 750F and its the only metal that the body can get rid of with no problem. I also use a bunt pan and a 3/4″ dowel as a stake and the pan catches the juices for gravy.
