How to keep Apple mail from deleting mail in trash folder?
My boss is using a Mac – Apple Mail. His trash folder only shows emails for the last 2 months, and his setting say never erase emails from the server.
How can he store all his emails? How does he archive the older ones or are they already being archived?
I’ve never used Apple mail so I don’t know how to help him. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
